The brand's first complete calendar and the evolution of its iconic caliber
The independent Swiss brand Raymond Weil is known for its classic and elegant designs, as seen in its famous Millesime collection, which was updated last year during the brand's first appearance at Watches & Wonders 2024. Now, with its second appearance in this event, the brand is unveiling two striking new pieces from the Freelancer collection, along with the reimagined RW1212 Skeleton.
This marks a new milestone for the brand as it introduces its first-ever Complete Calendar model, displaying the day, date, month, and moon phases. The new variants are presented in two options, both measuring 40mm in diameter: one in a rose gold PVD-coated stainless steel case with a sunray silver dial, and the other in a stainless steel case with a striking sunray blue dial. Both models highlight the delicate interplay of polished and brushed finishes, with fluid case lines.

The dial features applied indexes and hands coated with Super-Luminova, displaying the day and month indicators under the 12 o’clock position, while the moonphase, inspired by a NASA image, is clearly visible at the 6 o’clock position, surrounded by a date indicator.

Both watches are powered by the new RW3281 caliber, an automatic movement that offers a 56-hour power reserve. The rose gold edition comes with a brown calfskin strap, while the stainless steel edition is paired with a steel bracelet, both featuring a folding clasp. Both are priced at CHF 3,495, which is approximately AED 14,600.
As for the new skeleton model, it showcases the evolution of the iconic in-house RW1212 caliber, which was first introduced in 2017 when Raymond Weil launched its first in-house designed movement, produced by Sellita.
The new watch comes in a black PVD-coated stainless steel cushion-shaped case. The Skeleton reinterprets its signature dial, offering a deeper, more architectural take on the movement, with a bridge and balance wheel visible at 6 o’clock, and a 41-hour power reserve. The watch is paired with a black leather strap and is limited to 500 pieces, priced at CHF 3,450, approximately AED 14,400.
