Introducing Raymond Weil Chronograph Largo Winch in collaboration with artist Philippe Frank

A chronograph inspired by the character Largo Winch

Raymond Weil, the prestigious Swiss brand founded by Raymond Weil in 1976, is renowned for its designs that embody tradition and craftsmanship. The brand offers a diverse range of collections, featuring watches that span from classic to modern styles. Among its collections, the "Millesime" collection stands out, recently unveiling three new editions (Moon Phase, Small Seconds, Chronograph) at the "Watches & Wonders 2024" exhibition. In a new initiative, Raymond Weil has introduced an exceptional edition in collaboration with artist “Philippe Frank”, whose design is inspired by the character "Largo Winch," reflecting the harmonious blend of art and innovation in the watchmaking world.

The watch comes with a stainless steel case with a diameter of 39.5mm and a thickness of 12.9mm. Its fluted crown, adorned with the RW monogram at 3 o'clock, complements the chronograph pushers positioned at 2 and 4 o'clock, emphasizing its sporty design. The glassbox sapphire crystal boasts a dual-sided anti-reflective coating, ensuring clarity and durability. On the case back, a snapped sapphire crystal reveals a unique illustration of Largo Winch in Geneva, crafted by Philippe Francq for this exclusive collaboration. The illustration features Largo Winch on the Mont-Blanc Bridge, one of Geneva’s great landmarks, with a hint of a ‘Belle Epoque’ paddle steamer from the more than century-old Lake Geneva company in the background, and the flags of Switzerland and the City of Geneva fluttering in the wind. and it's a water resistance of 50 meters.

The dial features a silver-tone design, highlighted by green dollar counters. At 9 o’clock, a small seconds counter embellished with the intricate Largo Winch “W” engraving adds a unique touch, while the official logo discreetly completes the overall aesthetic. Nickel-plated hands, enhanced with Super-Luminova, are centered within a quartered circle, surrounded by a delicately printed ring of hour indices. chronograph seconds hand displaying a subtle green accent. This green is echoed in the Chronograph Tri-Compax counters and discreetly on the tachymeter scale, which frames the black-printed minute track, creating a harmonious and functional timepiece.

The watch is powered by the caliber RW5030 automatic movement. With a power reserve of 62 hours, operating at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz). 

It comes with a grey genuine calf leather strap featuring a unique W-stitched detail, complemented by a stainless steel buckle. Its a limited edition of 300 pieces and priced at CHF 3,595 which is equivalent to AED 15,820
