Bvlgari & MB&F Reimagine the Iconic Serpenti

Collaborations in watchmaking often bring together the creativity of a brand and its chosen partner, whether they be artists, athletes, or designers. However, it’s far rarer to see two well-known watchmaking powerhouses join forces. The partnership between Bvlgari and MB&F is a fascinating case, as both brands serve as creative forces in the industry with anything they put their hands on.

Their latest collaboration, the Bvlgari x MB&F Serpenti, follows their 2021 partnership, which resulted in the MB&F x Bvlgari LM FlyingT Allegra launched at Dubai Watch Week. This time, the two brands reinterpret Bvlgari’s iconic Serpenti through the mechanical artistry of MB&F’s horological machines, merging biomorphic design with high-complication watchmaking in a way that only they can.

Introducing The New Citizen Limited Edition Promaster Fujitsubo Titanium Diver 200m

Commemorating the 35th anniversary of the iconic Promaster collection

The Citizen Promaster collection is one of the brand's most iconic lines, first introduced in 1989 to meet the demands of professionals active in the most challenging environments on land, sea, and in the sky. Over the years, it has become synonymous with rugged reliability and innovative design.

Now, as part of the celebration for the Promaster collection's 35th anniversary, Citizen is releasing the Promaster Fujitsubo Titanium Diver 200m. This new model is based on the brand’s "Fujitsubo" diver, first introduced in 2022 as a modern reinterpretation of a vintage Citizen dive watch from the 1970s. This original diver was famously lost at sea and later washed ashore on the Long Reef Beach in Australia, still running.

The “Promaster Fujitsubo Titanium Diver 200m” comes in Citizen's exclusive scratch-resistant "Super Titanium" case with Duratect Platinum treatment, which is Citizen's proprietary technology for hardening the surfaces of watch parts. Measuring 41mm in diameter and 12.3mm in thickness, it features a sapphire crystal, a unidirectional Super Titanium bezel with light blue-colored plating and a 60-minute scale, as well as a screw-down crown and a screwed caseback engraved with the 35th Anniversary limited edition logo. Additionally, it is water-resistant up to 200 meters.

The blue dial is inspired by the blue oceans of that beach, where the diver watch was found, the Promaster 35th Anniversary Diver 200m pays tribute to both the history and durability of Citizen's dive watches. The dial also features hands and indices coated with luminous material that glow green in low-light conditions, ensuring excellent visibility. A date window is also positioned at 3 o'clock, adding to the watch's functionality and practicality.

The watch is powered by the in-house calibre 9051 automatic movement, featuring anti-magnetic properties and operating at 28,800 vph (4Hz) with a 42-hour power reserve. It comes with a Super Titanium three-link bracelet with Duratect Platinum treatment and a folding clasp. Limited to just 4,500 pieces, this watch is priced at USD 1,195, equivalent to AED 4,400.
