Bvlgari & MB&F Reimagine the Iconic Serpenti

Collaborations in watchmaking often bring together the creativity of a brand and its chosen partner, whether they be artists, athletes, or designers. However, it’s far rarer to see two well-known watchmaking powerhouses join forces. The partnership between Bvlgari and MB&F is a fascinating case, as both brands serve as creative forces in the industry with anything they put their hands on.

Their latest collaboration, the Bvlgari x MB&F Serpenti, follows their 2021 partnership, which resulted in the MB&F x Bvlgari LM FlyingT Allegra launched at Dubai Watch Week. This time, the two brands reinterpret Bvlgari’s iconic Serpenti through the mechanical artistry of MB&F’s horological machines, merging biomorphic design with high-complication watchmaking in a way that only they can.

Introducing The New Alexander Shorokhoff Uhrenmanufaktur Summer Release

Completing the "Seasons" collection with green and burgundy hues

Alexander Shorokhoff Uhrenmanufaktur is a German brand named after its founder, an architect and civil engineer, was born in Moscow in 1960. In 2003, he expanded his vision by founding Alexander Shorokhoff Uhrenmanufaktur in the town of Alzenau, Germany. This year, the brand completes its "Seasons" collection with the introduction of the "Summer" model in green and burgundy. Alongside the "Winter," "Autumn," and "Spring" models, the "Summer" edition completes the set, with each piece representing the spirit of its season.

The watch comes in a 36 mm × 36 mm stainless steel case that is 8.55 mm thick, and features a combination of brushed and polished finishes with diamonds on the bezel. It is equipped with two sapphire crystals: the front crystal has an anti-reflective coating, while the caseback crystal offers a view of the movement. The caseback also includes a gold-colored, hand-engraved insert ring.

The sunray dial, combined with a lacquered center, creates striking depth and radiance. It is further adorned with a 3D butterfly and floral appliqué, expertly crafted to evoke the beauty of nature. The dial is available in light green or burgundy, with both versions featuring small blued hands and a big seconds hand. Powering the watch is the automatic ETA Caliber 2000-1, featuring a hand-engraved rotor. This movement operates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz) and provides a power reserve of 40 hours.

The watch comes with two distinct strap options: a light green ostrich leather strap for the green version and a burgundy crocodile leather strap for the burgundy edition. Both straps complement the dial colors and are paired with a stainless steel buckle.

The green version is limited to 19 pieces, while the burgundy version is limited to 31 pieces. Each watch is individually numbered and priced at EUR 2,941, approximately AED 11,200.
