Bvlgari & MB&F Reimagine the Iconic Serpenti

Collaborations in watchmaking often bring together the creativity of a brand and its chosen partner, whether they be artists, athletes, or designers. However, it’s far rarer to see two well-known watchmaking powerhouses join forces. The partnership between Bvlgari and MB&F is a fascinating case, as both brands serve as creative forces in the industry with anything they put their hands on.

Their latest collaboration, the Bvlgari x MB&F Serpenti, follows their 2021 partnership, which resulted in the MB&F x Bvlgari LM FlyingT Allegra launched at Dubai Watch Week. This time, the two brands reinterpret Bvlgari’s iconic Serpenti through the mechanical artistry of MB&F’s horological machines, merging biomorphic design with high-complication watchmaking in a way that only they can.

Introducing Chronoswiss introduces The Delphis Venture and The Delphis Paraiba

The world's inaugural curved Guilloché dial

Chronoswiss is a renowned Swiss watch manufacturer headquartered in Lucerne, Switzerland. The company was founded in 1983 by Gerd R. Lang with the primary mission of crafting exceptional mechanical timepieces.

Chronoswiss made a significant mark on the watch industry by introducing their inaugural wristwatch featuring a regulator dial in 1987, a design element that has since become synonymous with their collections. Today, Chronoswiss remains dedicated to crafting a diverse selection of exceptional timepieces, in there commitment to harmonizing contemporary technology with craftsmanship techniques

The brand has recently unveiled two additions to its Delphis collection, the Chronoswiss Delphis Venture and the Delphis Paraiba, a balance between classic craftsmanship and avant-garde design.

These timepieces feature a case crafted from stainless steel, measuring 42mm in diameter and 14.5mm in thickness. They also include a polished, highly decorated onion crown under a polished screw-down bezel with a thin side knurling, along with a curved double-coated anti-reflective sapphire crystal.

The dial of the Delphis Venture displays a darker guilloché area in the upper section, while the dial of the Delphis Paraiba showcases a turquoise and green shift of colors with curved hand guilloché, adding an element of mystery and intrigue to the watch face. Both watches feature a jumping hour window at 12 o’clock, central retrograde minute, and small seconds in a blue subdial for the Delphis Venture and a black subdial for the Delphis Paraiba. Rhodium-plated and skeletonized Viking-shaped hands.

These watches are powered by the new Automatic Manufacture Caliber C.6004, operating at 28,800 vph (4Hz) and offering 55 hours of power reserve. An openworked rotor and components plated with ruthenium are showcased under the satin-finished screw-down case back.

Limited to just 50 pieces per model, these watches come with a black rubber strap with a folding clasp buckle. Both the Delphis Venture and the Delphis Paraiba are priced at CHF 15,800, which is equivalent to AED 65,000.
