Three New Colors Showcasing the GMT Function in This Diving Collection
The Trident is one of Christopher Ward’s most recognizable models, thanks to its multiple evolutions over the years. The collection began in 2009 with the C60 Trident and has since expanded to include the Trident Pro 600, which has double the water resistance, as well as the C60 Trident 300 and the big brother of this collection.

Now, Christopher Ward has introduced the C60 Trident Pro 300 GMT with some colorful designs, reintroducing the GMT complication to one of its signature collections. This summer, the British company also added a GMT function to the C65 Dune collection as they aim to add more functionality to their watches.
The case features the same “light-catcher” design as the diver, with a 40mm diameter, but is slightly thicker at 11.8mm due to the addition of the GMT movement. Despite this, it remains quite slim for a 300m-rated sports watch with a sapphire display case back.
The combination of brushed and polished surfaces gives it a sleek, sporty appearance, complemented by the angled lugs that ensure the watch sits snugly on your wrist.
Atop the case is a bi-directional coin-edge bezel with a 24-hour scale, allowing the watch to display the time in dual time zones simultaneously, local time, travel time when the bezel has been rotated. The bezel’s scale has two design options depending on the colorway: either a ceramic insert with lumed indices or a steel insert with markings in relief.
available in three editions, the first has a dark blue dial with a light blue GMT hand and the ceramic insert bezel is split in a day-night pattern in matching shades of blue. There’s then a white edition with a light blue GMT hand and the ceramic bezel is white and dark blue. Lastly there’s cream-blue gradient edition with a yellow GMT hand and a steel relief bezel.
All of the hands and indices are coated with the highest grade C1 BL Grade X1 Super LumiNova, twin-flag logo decorates the dial at the 12 o’clock position and while at at 6 o'clock. The date window with its wheel matching the dial color.
Powering the trio of Christopher Ward C60 Trident Pro 300 GMT watches is the Sellita SW330-2 automatic GMT movement. beats at 4 Hz frequency and offers 56-hour power reserve. You can also view it through the exhibition case back revealing the custom Christopher Ward rotor.
The watches comes with two options of stainless steel bracelet, the classic Bader 3-link steel bracelet or the more recent 5-link Consort bracelet. or a bright yellow rubber strap.
The Christopher Ward C60 Trident Pro 300 GMT watches will be available from August 1st. They are priced at GBP 995 (equivalent to 4,700 AED) for the rubber strap version, GBP 1,150 (equivalent to 5,400 AED) for the three-link bracelet, and GBP 1,185 (equivalent to 5,600 AED) for the five-link bracelet.
