Bvlgari & MB&F Reimagine the Iconic Serpenti

Collaborations in watchmaking often bring together the creativity of a brand and its chosen partner, whether they be artists, athletes, or designers. However, it’s far rarer to see two well-known watchmaking powerhouses join forces. The partnership between Bvlgari and MB&F is a fascinating case, as both brands serve as creative forces in the industry with anything they put their hands on.

Their latest collaboration, the Bvlgari x MB&F Serpenti, follows their 2021 partnership, which resulted in the MB&F x Bvlgari LM FlyingT Allegra launched at Dubai Watch Week. This time, the two brands reinterpret Bvlgari’s iconic Serpenti through the mechanical artistry of MB&F’s horological machines, merging biomorphic design with high-complication watchmaking in a way that only they can.

Introducing Christopher Ward Introduces the Updated C65 Dune Aeolian Collection

The first release of the new year with a dial inspired by sand dunes

For its first release of 2025, Christopher Ward has refreshed the Dune collection with a series of updates. The English brand introduces new dials for the Dune Automatic models in stainless steel and bronze, while also adding a new Dune GMT model to the lineup. Following the white sand-dial version introduced last year, Christopher Ward now offers a blue-dial variant to expand the collection.

The updated series includes the Dune Automatic models in stainless steel and bronze, as well as the new Dune GMT in stainless steel. Accompanying these updates is a new name: the C65 Dune Aeolian Collection.

This name reflects the textured dials inspired by the aeolian sand patterns of the Dune. Notably, this textured dial design is not entirely new to the C65 line, as the brand previously introduced it in a special edition created in collaboration with Oracle Time.

The C65 Dune Aeolian Automatic

The Christopher Ward C65 Dune Aeolian Automatic features a 38mm stainless steel case that measures 11.9mm in thickness and 43.7mm from lug to lug. It offers water resistance up to 150 meters.

There are four dial variations in this series, each showcasing the new sand-inspired texture in distinct colors: Silica Gray, Eve Blue, Marram Green, and White Sand. Each dial is complemented by a unique lume color tailored to the hue.

Powering the Dune Automatic models is the Sellita SW200-1 caliber. This automatic movement operates at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour (vph) and provides a power reserve of 38 hours.

The C65 Dune Aeolian Automatic models are available with three strap options:

  • A canvas strap for EUR 950 (AED 3,770)
  • A vintage leather strap for EUR 965 (AED 3,830)
  • The brand’s Bader stainless steel bracelet for EUR 1,165 (AED 4,620)

The C65 Dune Aeolian Bronze COSC

As the name suggests, this model features a bronze case with the same dimensions as the stainless steel version. Weighing slightly more at 57 grams compared to the 55-gram stainless steel model, the case material is the primary differentiator.

The bronze models are available with two gradient dial options: Dusk Brown and Marram Green.

These watches are powered by the COSC-certified version of the Sellita SW200-1 caliber, which delivers an upgraded power reserve of 56 hours and an accuracy of +6/-4 seconds per day.

The C65 Dune Aeolian Bronze COSC is offered with the following strap options:

  • A canvas leather strap for EUR 1,220 (AED 4,840)
  • A vintage leather strap for EUR 1,235 (AED 4,900)
  • A bronze Bader bracelet for EUR 1,665 (AED 6,610)

The C65 Dune Aeolian GMT

The final model in the collection is a new iteration of the C65 Dune GMT, featuring the same stainless steel case design. Unlike the two Aeolian Automatic models, this version does not include the textured dial. Instead, it showcases an Eve Blue dial complemented by sand-colored indices.

The new blue dial introduces a two-tone internal 24-hour GMT scale, marking a departure from last year’s sand-dial version, which featured a single shade of green for the 24-hour ring.

Powering the watch is the automatic Sellita SW330-2 caliber, a GMT movement that operates at 28,800 vibrations per hour (vph) and provides a 56-hour power reserve.

Similar to the Automatic models, this GMT model is available with three strap options:

  • A canvas strap priced at EUR 1,250 (AED 4,960)
  • A vintage leather strap priced at EUR 1,265 (AED 5,020)
  • A Bader stainless steel bracelet priced at EUR 1,465 (AED 5,810)
