Three Versions Featuring Automatic and Manual Movements
When Bulgari launched the OCTO FINISSIMO TOURBILLON in 2014, it shattered three world records. It became the world's thinnest automatic watch, the world's thinnest automatic tourbillon, and the world's thinnest tourbillon. Now, as part of the occasion of Watch and Wonders 2024, the company has unveiled three new ultrathin timepieces featuring tourbillons—two with manual winding movements and the third with an automatic caliber.

The last Acto Finismo releases were distinguished by sketches of movement on the dial, but these versions on the occasion of Watch & Wonders 2024 reveal the movement completely for us to enjoy, as each version is distinguished by materials that differ from the rest of the versions, as well as finishes.
OCTO FINISSIMO TOURBILLON AUTOMATIC
A 42 mm platinum case, satin-polished and measuring 4.95 mm in thickness, features a satin-polished platinum time-setting push-button and a transparent case back. The crown, made of polished white gold, is adorned with a black ceramic insert, ensuring water resistance up to 3 ATM.
An open-worked dial with a sandblasted blue movement and black hands characterizes the new Bulgari Octo Finissimo Tourbillon Automatic. Powered by the new caliber BVL 288, which has been a staple of this collection since its 2018 debut, this timepiece boasts an ultra-thin skeletonized movement with a flying tourbillon, measuring only 1.95mm thick. Completing the ensemble is a blue alligator leather strap paired with a satin-polished platinum pin buckle.

This manual version comes with a smaller case with two options for material: a satin-polished rose gold case or a sandblasted titanium case with black DLC treatment, both measuring 40 mm in diameter and 4.85 mm in thickness. It features a transparent case back and a polished rose gold crown with a black ceramic insert for both cases.
An openwork dial with a sandblasted grey movement with rose gold-plated hands for the rose gold case, and an openwork dial with circular satin-brushed movement with black DLC treatment, while the hands are polished rose gold for both.

Specifications include a thickness of 1.95 mm, a power reserve of 52 hours, and a frequency of 21,600 VpH (3Hz).
The rose gold edition features a brown alligator leather strap with a satin-polished rose gold pin folding buckle. The titanium edition comes with a black rubber strap with a sandblasted titanium pin buckle with black DLC treatment.
