Bvlgari & MB&F Reimagine the Iconic Serpenti

Collaborations in watchmaking often bring together the creativity of a brand and its chosen partner, whether they be artists, athletes, or designers. However, it’s far rarer to see two well-known watchmaking powerhouses join forces. The partnership between Bvlgari and MB&F is a fascinating case, as both brands serve as creative forces in the industry with anything they put their hands on.

Their latest collaboration, the Bvlgari x MB&F Serpenti, follows their 2021 partnership, which resulted in the MB&F x Bvlgari LM FlyingT Allegra launched at Dubai Watch Week. This time, the two brands reinterpret Bvlgari’s iconic Serpenti through the mechanical artistry of MB&F’s horological machines, merging biomorphic design with high-complication watchmaking in a way that only they can.

Introducing Breitling Unveils The new Navitimer in 36 and 32 mm

Breitling’s iconic watch in two slender new sizes, featuring radiant mother-of-pearl dials, and traceable 18k red gold

Breitling SA is a renowned Swiss luxury watchmaker with a rich history dating back to its founding in 1884 by Léon Breitling in Saint-Imier, Switzerland. The company is globally recognized for producing precision-made chronometers, especially designed for aviators.

The brand offers a diverse range of collections that cater to various tastes and preferences, and the Navitimer collection has a stored history. Introduced in 1952 as a tool for pilots, it has transcended its original purpose to become one of the most recognizable watches globally.

Breitling recognizes the diverse preferences of its audience and introduces 20 references for the Navitimer 36 and 32, with a slender 36mm diameter and a thickness of 11.4mm, and another model with a 32mm diameter and 8mm in thickness, catered to those who prefer smaller watches.

Both watches feature a beaded bezel and an iconic circular slide rule that comes with pops of pastel, creating timepieces with jewelry-like appeal. The Navitimer 36 watch captivates us with its chic metallic dial that comes in silver, anthracite, and mint green, while the Navitimer 32 comes in powdery pink and light blue for the first time, along with classic white, with baton indexes for both timepieces.

Also, the 18K red gold variant is designed from "better gold" that encompasses various factors, including purity, durability, and suitability, obtained from artisanal and small-scale mines. All watches within this product range, which incorporate either better gold, better diamonds, or both, bear the Origins label as an indication of the integrity of their materials.

What sets these watches apart are the radiant mother-of-pearl dials with round-cut "better diamonds" that exhibit superior qualities like color, clarity, and carat weight. These diamonds have been created in a laboratory and can be traced back to certified producers who have met standards set by SCS-007 certification.

The Navitimer 36 utilizes the COSC-certified Breitling Caliber 17, offering automatic winding. While the Navitimer 32 is powered by the Breitling Caliber 77, a SuperQuartz movement that is COSC-certified. Both movements operate at 28,800 vph.

The Navitimer 36 is worn with brown, burgundy, green, or anthracite alligator leather straps depending on the choice of dial variant. On the other hand, the Navitimer 32 is worn with a pink, brown, blue, or burgundy strap, and there's another variant of bracelets for both watches featuring traceable 18K red gold, stainless steel, or stainless steel & 18K red gold bracelets.
