Le Régulateur Gravé Bleu, Louis Erard’s Tribute to the Sector Dial

Louis Erard presents its latest release, the "Le Régulateur Gravure Bleu," a watch that, as the company describes, embodies the concept of the "Napkin Strategy." This well-known business term refers to a simple, concise idea, often improvised, symbolizing its ability to be quickly sketched on a napkin.

Louis Erard introduces Le Régulateur Gravé as a permanent addition to its Noirmont Métiers d'Art line, reinterpreting the sector dial with intricate traditional engraving. By presenting this non-limited model, Louis Erard further solidifies its distinct identity while making its rare design more accessible to a wider range of enthusiasts.

News Breguet Announces the Appointment of Gregory Kissling as its New CEO

Replacing Lionel a Marca, and beginning a new chapter with the brand

Breguet and its President Marc Hayek have announced the appointment of Gregory Kissling as its new CEO. Kissling will succeed Lionel a Marca, who has served as CEO since 2021. Marca is reportedly transitioning to a new role at Blancpain, while also taking on responsibilities overseeing manufacturing for the Swatch Group’s high-end division, which owns both Breguet and Blancpain.

Gregory Kissling, a Swiss microtechnology engineer with an MBA and a Master’s degree in Luxury Management, began his career at Cartier as a movement designer, eventually overseeing all calibers. In 2004, he joined Omega, where his influence steadily grew, culminating in his appointment to the brand's management team in 2014. By 2022, he had risen to Vice President of Product Development, playing a key role in the launch of several iconic timepieces, including the revival of Caliber 321 and the creation of the widely recognized Speedmaster Snoopy, among others.

As of October 1, 2024, Kissling has been appointed CEO of the prestigious House of Breguet, where he will report directly to President Marc Hayek. His leadership is anticipated to bring new innovations and ideas, continuing the legacy of the brand’s founder, the French master watchmaker Abraham-Louis Breguet.
