Louis Erard Collaborates with GoS on the Latest Edition of Le Régulateur

In December 2021, Louis Erard and GoS Watches were brought together by Manuel Emch, the visionary behind Louis Erard's strategic revival and creative transformation. He found a kindred spirit in Patrik Sjögren, watchmaker and founder of the Swedish atelier GoS, renowned for its mastery of Damascus steel.

Together, they envisioned a timepiece that would seamlessly blend the essence of both Maisons: the technical precision and aesthetic refinement of the Swiss Jura, married to the artistry of a Swedish forge, where Damascus steel is meticulously crafted into mesmerizing patterns through an almost alchemical process.

Introducing Rolex GMT-Master II Releases for W&W 2025

A new green ceramic dial and a new Tiger Iron stone dial

Rolex has unveiled two striking new iterations of the GMT-Master II for W&W 2025, including a white gold "Sprite" with a green ceramic dial and an Everose gold model featuring a new tiger iron stone dial. These releases mark a significant evolution in material innovation and aesthetic refinement, coinciding with the collection’s 70th anniversary.

Originally designed in collaboration with Pan Am Airways in 1955, the Rolex GMT-Master was created for pilots navigating multiple time zones. Over the decades, it has transcended its aviation roots to become a global symbol of prestige. The introduction of the GMT-Master II in 1982 refined the concept further, adding an independently adjustable hour hand to enhance practicality for frequent travelers.

Among the 2025 releases, reference 126715CHNR stands out as an 18K Everose gold model featuring a dial crafted from tiger iron, a striking natural stone composed of tiger’s eye, red jasper, and hematite. This exotic material makes its Rolex debut, adding a unique touch to the classic Root Beer color scheme. The black and brown Cerachrom bezel (Rolex’s ceramic alloy) complements the warm tones of the case, while the 40mm x 12mm watch is paired with an Everose gold Oyster bracelet equipped with the Easylink adjustment system. It is priced at €51,250, approximately AED 203,500.

The second release, reference 126729VTNR, reinterprets the "Sprite" colorway with a full 18K white gold case and a striking green Cerachrom dial. Retaining the left-hand crown orientation of the 2022 steel version, it caters to both right-handed wearers and those who appreciate an unconventional aesthetic. Measuring 40mm in diameter and 12mm in thickness, it comes with a white gold Oyster bracelet. It is priced at €48,450, approximately AED 192,500.

Both models are powered by the caliber 3285, an automatic movement with a 70-hour power reserve, a Parachrom hairspring (a patented alloy of niobium and zirconium, with traces of titanium, vanadium and tantalum) for enhanced magnetic resistance, and Superlative Chronometer certification, ensuring precision within ±2 seconds per day.
